		<description>Nice post - reminded me that last weekend I trawled through my gmail account and unsubscribed about 30 email newsletters/briefings etc that I felt I ought to read but rarely or never did. It felt fantastic!
Like you I find that twitter is my main form of info - fast effeicient and time critical when necessary.</description>
